Because our mangoes are perishable, we cannot accept standard returns once the box is opened. However, we cover transit damage.

Claims must be raised within 24 hours of successful delivery.

You must attach clear photos of the damaged fruit/box and your unboxing video.
To ensure a completely transparent claims process and protect against fraudulent requests, we strictly require a continuous, unedited unboxing video for any refund or replacement claims.
